Queen Aleera screamed from her chambers. Her voice emitting one of pain and sorrow, the whole castle heard her scream and pain that maids and guards came running into her chambers.
King Caldor heard the screams of his queen because he was close to her chambers. It was the first time he had heard Aleera scream after so many years had gone by, the last time he had heard her scream such painful screams, she was in labor and was pushing his daughter into the world.
