Teleporting wasn’t one of the greatest strengths of a seer and they seldom make use of it because of the energy it always took to teleport even from a short distance. A seer becomes vulnerable after using certain powers that eat up her energy and magic. Most times, it would take days to completely heal and regain the power that was lost and for weaker seers, it took weeks while for seers as powerful as her, she just needed a couple of hours.
