Genevieve had read about the Eiffel Tower in a number of publications about Paris as it was normally one of the main topics. She had experienced some thoughts of wanting to visit it, but the drawings in the publications hadn’t prepared her for the scale of it. With the setting sun behind it, the metalwork of the tower looked stunning. Lucian appeared to be in similar awe as he was looking in that direction with a blank look on his face. She stepped forward in excitement and Lucian followed closely behind her. He seemed to be oddly silent for once. “Can we go inside?” she requested.
