Hazel's mouth was dry as hay as Damien's car stopped in front of a massive black iron gate. She literally didn't like the look of it. Gates this huge meant trouble inside and though it was dark outside, she could sense it. There was a bigger heart attack coming. Summer was distracted too, craning her neck around to get a glimpse of everything. She was very quite the entire time, sitting in Damien's lap as her keen eyes took everything in. Stowe was nothing like New York. It was a baby compared to the big giant city and of course her inquisitive five year old was fascinated by the high rises and the traffic and just the sparkling city. Damien punched some codes on the security panel outside and the gates opened with a creaking, groaning noise.
