[Heather] Everything went pretty smoothly. Gem stood with us and sent people to guide the people who were staying in the packhouse to their rooms. Several people were playing valet and parking the cars for our guests. Each person was given a schedule of meal times and we had offices for those who were able to do their jobs remotely. The ones who couldn’t gave me the details to contact the businesses they worked for and Bellamy would be talking to their leaders. Richard said that orders from the collective that required missing work were not counted against them in most local companies. If a person lost their job, Bellamy would find them another one in the collective and would at least match their pay from the previous job. I loved how she took care of the people in her collective. S
