As the sun begins to set I brace myself for spending the night in the sick bay. I check the large cabinets and I pull out a light blanket and I cover myself with it and I drift to sleep as there is nothing else I can do and maybe sleeping can help my hungry stomach forget about it's emptiness for a little while. The night drifts away and a new day comes alive but my situation remains the same. I'm still starved and locked up in the sick bay. I do not understand why they all let me sleep in here without any food. How can people be so cold and cruel? I had hoped mother Margaret would come to my rescue but she didn't. I'm so angry and disappointed at her, she should have done something to find me. Suddenly I hear footsteps stomping towards the sick bay. My pulse races as I perch myself up
