“Alex,” I try to run after him but Jax stops me, “Let him go…he is hurting and he needs time to himself,” he advises. “Alright,” I reluctantly get back to my seat.

“For what?” Nina blankly stares at him.

“You don’t have to apologize, you just found out that your mother is critically ill, I was going to be surprised if you behaved calmly,” she casts him a half smile.
