The wait is over, I'm handed the key card to my standard room and I blissfully make my way there. My eyes dart around the room taking in its luxurious set up. If my room which is obviously the cheapest that the resort has, looks this spacious and lavish then I can't begin to imagine how extravagant Alex's master bedroom must look.
Furnished with a double bed that comes with a fancy wall mounted upholstered headboard and linen bedding, the room has polished floors, wall decorations and complimentary pieces of furniture. My eyes drift to the wide window covered with pleated drapes that fall uniformly onto the floor. I stroll to the window and pull aside the curtain so as to see what the outside view looks like.
