CHAPTER 10THE HAIRS ON THE BACK of her neck stood on end and apprehension lodged in her throat, making it difficult to swallow. She was going to give them all away. It was only a matter of time before the man who sat across from Amaya felt the nervous energy that radiated from her body. It was all the confirmation he’d need. While that might put an end to this interrogation, it would also mean the end of her. And dead wasn’t how she’d imagined she would end up when she got up that morning.
