Chapter Ten

789 Words
Julian I hadn’t meant to go spying, ok that was a lie. I was curious as to what my brother was doing on his date and even more curious as to whether he was keeping his promise. I could feel his happiness like it was my own. It didn’t seem s****l, but he seemed a little happy for my comfort. Sometimes I hated our bond, the bond that let us share so much without even talking. It could be a blessing and a curse. I had never felt him this strongly when he was with a woman before though and it was making me nervous. Finding all that food all over the narrow path hadn’t helped matters either. I trusted my brother with my life, I wasn’t too sure if I trusted him with Hannah’s Virtue. He hadn’t been himself lately. He had been close to losing control around her. I would have laughed if it wasn’t so ridiculous. Alexander losing control? The whole world was going topsy turvy if I was to be the calm grounded twin. But I needn’t have worried. I had sprinted onto that beach expecting to find my brother man handling Hannah in some way what I found was my brother tugging gently on our makes hand. They were ankle deep in the water. He was laughing loudly, trying to coax her in further and she was having none of it. That’s why he was happy, he was in the water with the woman we wanted to spend our life with. It wasn’t because he was having his wicked way with her behind my back. Without thinking. I rushed towards them. Using every bit of speed, I had I reached them without Hannah even realizing. Grabbing her around the waist and tossing her into the waves playfully. I had expected a shriek but the scream she uttered was all fear. Then the water rushed over her head. The froth moonlit. “Julian” Alexander was screaming at me. “Julian, she can’t swim” The water wasn’t deep, and she came up spluttering, a look of total terror on her face as she turned to me. “Hannah” She dragged herself to her feet, dripping water everywhere. Her tastefully done make up streaming down her face in lines. “God Hannah I’m so sorry” She waved away my apology. “Its ok” she splashed me playfully. Of course, water didn’t bother me. I was born to be in the water, but I laughed along with her. My eyes dying to wander down to the white blouse that had become transparent the moment it was wet. It was now hugging her breasts, n*****s clearly visible through the thin material. She really had the best breasts in the whole world. “Oh f**k” My brothers mouth was open, his eyes wild as he stared at her. “f**k f**k f**k” He turned away, diving into the water. She watched him go with a laugh, splashing him. “They are just boobs Alex” Just boobs, I pulled her towards me. Knee deep in the ocean and pressed those wet breasts against my bare skin. They weren’t just boobs. They were hers. “Give him a break, he’s trying to be a gentleman” She giggled looking at my face. It was such a perfect moment, with the water lapping at our legs, her in my arms and the moon shining above us. “Aren’t you going to be a gentleman?” “Nope, I don’t have the same scruple as my brother” I moved the wet hair away from her shoulders, sending droplets of cold water down her back. She shivered, whether it was from cold or my touch I didn’t know either way I was going to keep her pressed up against my chest for as long as she would allow me. Which turned out to be about five seconds. Her push took me by surprise. I fell backwards, my bulk making the water surge around me. “That’s for dumping me in the freezing water” I could hear Alex laughing again, he was splashed as well. I hadn’t had this much fun in the water for years. Not since we were children. we were actually playing. Enjoying the water and each other’s company. The only thing better than the feel of the waves against my skin in the darkness? My mates tinkling laughter.
