Ray pulled her closer, his warmth enveloping her. "Let me help you relax," Ray whispered, his lips tracing her neck. Anglia's anxiety began to fade, replaced by desire. Ray's gentle touch ignited a flame within her. As they kissed, Anglia's worries melted away. Their love became the only truth that mattered. Ray's hands explored her body, rekindling the passion they shared. Anglia's heartbeat faster, her love for Ray overflowing. Their bodies entwined, moving in perfect harmony. In that moment, Anglia forgot Marcus's warning. All that mattered was the love they shared. Afterward, they lay together, wrapped in each other's arms. "I love you, Ray," Anglia whispered. "I love you too, Anglia," Ray replied, his voice filled with emotion. As they drifted off to sleep, Anglia's doubts seemed to fade. But in the darkness, a lingering question remained. Was their love enough to overcome any secrets? The next morning, Anglia woke up feeling refreshed and renewed. She stretched, smiling as Ray's gentle snores filled the air. Marcus's words had faded into the background, replaced by the warmth of their lovemaking. She knew Ray truly loved and cared for her. As she got dressed, Ray emerged from the bathroom, his hair damp. "Good morning, beautiful," Ray said, wrapping his arms around her. "Good morning," Anglia replied, her heart full. They headed downstairs, hand in hand, to the kitchen. Anglia prepared breakfast while Ray brewed coffee. The aroma filled the air, and they sat down together. "Scrambled eggs and whole wheat toast, your favorite," Anglia said "You know the way to my heart," Ray teased. As they ate, their conversation flowed easily. Work, plans for the weekend, and shared laughter filled the morning. Anglia felt grateful for their love. Marcus's doubts seemed like a distant memory. "Have a great day," Ray said, kissing her goodbye. "You too," Anglia replied. As Ray left for work, Anglia watched him go. Her heart swelled. She knew she'd made the right choice. Trust and love had conquered doubts. The door closed, and Anglia began her day. Feeling content. Feeling loved. Anglia's phone rang, breaking the morning calm. "Mom!" Anglia exclaimed, answering. "Hey, sweetie. How are you?" her mom asked. "I'm good, Mom. Just enjoying the morning," Anglia replied. "That's great. I was thinking, what are your plans now that your dad...well, you know," her mom said tactfully. "You mean now that Dad sacked me and disowned me?" Anglia clarified, a hint of bitterness creeping in. "Yes, dear. I'm so sorry. But you know your father's temper," her mom said soothingly. "I do, Mom. But it still hurts," Anglia admitted. "Of course, it does. You're his daughter, and he should be proud of you. But let's focus on your future," her mom redirected. "Exactly. I've been thinking...I want to start my own company," Anglia declared. "Really? That's wonderful! What kind of company?" her mom asked. "I'm not entirely sure yet, but Ray and I will figure it out. He's been incredibly supportive," Anglia said. "Ah, I see. You trust him that much?" her mom asked. "Completely, Mom. He's brilliant and caring. And he believes in me," Anglia assured. "That's wonderful. I'm glad you have him. Now, what do you need from me?" her mom asked. "Well, Mom... I'll need funds to get started," Anglia admitted hesitantly. "Don't worry, dear. I'll support you financially. Your father's decision doesn't define you. You're talented and capable," her mom said firmly. "Thanks, Mom. That means everything," Anglia said, tears welling up. "We'll make it happen, together. And I'll make sure your father doesn't interfere," her mom promised. "Mom, no... I don't want any drama," Anglia cautioned. "Don't worry, dear. I'll handle him. You focus on building your company. What will you name it?" her mom asked. "I'm not sure yet...but Ray and I will come up with something perfect," Anglia replied. "I'm proud of you, Anglia. You're stronger than you think," her mom said. "Thanks, Mom. Your support means the world," Anglia said. "We'll celebrate soon. Lunch next week?" her mom suggested. "Sounds perfect," Anglia agreed. As they wrapped up their conversation, Anglia felt a surge of gratitude. Her mom's unwavering support gave her the courage to pursue her dreams. Anglia arrived at Catherine's office, beaming. "Hey, girl! What's got you glowing?" Catherine asked. "Mom's going to fund my company!" Anglia exclaimed. Catherine’s eyes widened. "That's amazing! Congratulations!" Catherine jumped up, embracing Anglia. "I know, right? Mom believes in me," Anglia said, tears shining. "That's incredible. Your mom's the best," Catherine said. "And she's supporting me against Dad's wishes," Anglia added. "Wow that takes courage. Your mom's a rockstar," Catherine declared. "I'm so grateful. Ray's been amazing too," Anglia said. Catherine’s eyes widened. "That's amazing! Congratulations!" Catherine jumped up, embracing Anglia. "I know, right? Mom believes in me," Anglia said, tears shining. "That's incredible. Your mom's the best," Catherine said.
