Lily's POV
I can feel my face getting hot. This is the first time that someone did this to me. Also, someone who is not my mom saw my eyes and I am so uncomfortable with it. Since young, I have been bullied because of my eyes. Many kids were scared when they saw them. I can even remember one playmate who ran to her mom the moment my bangs were lifted and she saw my eyes.
They say that my eyes are very big. Yes, they are abnormally big for my face. That's the reason why I have been hiding them for so long. I didn't want anyone to be scared of them. For years, I have been purposely growing my bangs so that no one would see my eyes. My experiences in the past are enough.
