All I could think about was that there were sixty-three packs. That’s sixty-three groups of people who might not be loyal, even if they are then there could be hundreds of individuals who don’t agree with me joining the pack or me bonding with Syl and Herd. Just thinking about them made my heart ache. I was so mad with them both for not telling me this but it had been hours since I’d seen them. Hours since I’ve been told to leave by Herd and my heart felt like it was being ripped away from me. I just wanted him to wrap me in his arms and tell me he was sorry, I wanted their kisses.
