"Did you shower?" Max asked. Nathan nodded. "You alone?" "Yes. In the next room. Let's eat first. Sorry if Luci's presence surprised you. But don't worry, usually he won't stay," said Max. "Good." Nathan immediately followed Max back into the kitchen. Don't forget he brought food for Eve. He placed Eve's food in front of the wolf who was looking worriedly at Nathan. "Why do you look nervous, Eve. Looks like we can't go back home for a while. Eat," Nathan asked. Then he immediately sat down next to Max after washing his hands first. Max immediately took food for Nathan. After that, the three of them ate in silence. No one spoke. Only occasionally did Luci look at Nathan whenever he had the chance. "I'm going to stay tonight," Luci said suddenly, causing Max to choke. He quickly drank the water in his glass. "You can't do that. We're men and you..." "So what?" Luci cut off Max's words. "Even though you're both boys, I'm not sure the two of you can beat me." Max glared at Luci. His sister's words sounded impolite. "Do you mind?" Luci asked Nathan. "Me?" Nathan asked back. Luci nodded. "I'm riding here. So, I don't have the right to decide that," Nathan replied. "You heard," Luci said to Max. Max quickly finished the food on his plate, then he took Nathan out of the house. "You should have refused, she could annoy us," said Max. "She's your sister, how could I do that," Nathan replied. "She's a cop. She doesn't really care about me. If She's here it means she's on duty. Should we just go find an inn?" Max asked. "No need, it's suspicious. Tonight I must have found my father's last location. We can do it in the room." Max finally felt a little relieved. After talking a bit, the two immediately returned to the house. Leaving no time the two of them entered the room. Nathan immediately took out the item he had previously bought. Laptops, disposable cell phones, and so on. Then he did a search using his personal cell phone to track his father's cell phone. Before his father disappeared, Nathan had time to install a tracking application that connected his cellphone with William's cellphone. Until the two were connected, with a little extra application Nathan began to search. Three times Nathan did it, but the tracking always failed. "What happened?" Max whispered. "I don't think my dad's cell phone is being used or it's probably dead. So it's hard to find." "Then what are you going to do?" Max asked. "I have another application." Nathan immediately used a second application that merged William's cellphone into his own. All communications and call history made by his father can appear on Nathan's cellphone. "You installed this app on your father's phone. Isn't that too rude and violates your father's right to privacy," said Max. "I know. But I've never used it. I put it on just in case something like this happened. I had a feeling that something was wrong with the project he was working on from the start." Nathan explained his actions so that Max wouldn't misunderstand. "Your dad doesn't know? He's a professor," Max wondered. "Dad works a lot more than uses a cell phone. So he won't notice," Nathan replied. His attention was drawn to a chat with an unsaved number. The recording of the conversation between his father and the owner of the number made Nathan's heart flutter. In the chat, William told his friend that the laboratory had brought human objects into the lab. Surprisingly they are not humans but more like vampires with canine teeth that show when they are angry. Even William also told that the vampire could see everything just by touching William's body. They threatened to take Nathan away. The number that William called only told him to call Dr. Richard. After that there was no reply. Nathan immediately checked the chat history with the name Dr. Richard but chat with that name does not exist. Nathan immediately looked at the call history and found the mobile number his father had called with the exact date and time printed when his father had just seen Nathan for the last time. Nathan immediately dial the number and immediately connected. "Hello, who?" there was a hoarse voice across the line. Nathan immediately closed it, then he typed in the name of Dr. Richard in the search app. Dr. Photo Richard appeared with his resume. It turned out that the doctor was so famous that there was a lot of news about him. Surprisingly, Dr. Richard is an obstetrician. Then, what is his father's relationship with the obstetrician and the answer to his father's confusion about vampires. "What?" Max asked. "This is all nonsense. What does the obstetrician have to do with my geneticist and vampire father." "Vampire?" Max was surprised. Nathan showed William's chat talking about vampires. "Is this serious? Didn't you say your father never believed in vampires. In fact he always asked you to go to a psychologist because he didn't believe what you said about them." Nathan took a deep breath. "I don't understand either. It's all too confusing. But let's just go with the flow first. Who knows we'll find out later. Tonight we sleep first, tomorrow I'm going to see Dr. Richard and ask if my father came to see him." Max agreed with Nathan's suggestion. They both need rest. That's when Eve sneaked in and slept next to Nathan. "Eve, do you believe vampires exist?" Nathan asked before falling asleep. Eve is just him. She stared at the window reflecting the light from the full moon. After making sure Max and Nathan were asleep, Eve immediately walked to the window. She stared at the moon in silence. The moonlight shone all over her body, that's when Eve's form changed into the form of a beautiful woman. She turned to look at Nathan worriedly. Nathan's complicated destiny is about to arrive. Sooner or later, Nathan would soon find out everything. That's when Eve's job got tougher. But she wouldn't let Lucas down. Eve would do her best as Nathan's guard. Eve's sharp ears heard footsteps approaching. She immediately transformed into a wolf. The door opened, and Luci walked in. She just looked at Max and Nathan then went back out of the room, out of curiosity Eve was following Luci. The woman called someone again and told someone where Nathan was. For now Eve couldn't find Funny dangerous. She just felt that if Luci was just watching, but if the woman started to look suspicious or dangerous to Nathan, then Eve would not hesitate to attack or keep her away from Nathan. "Hey, you haven't slept yet?" Luci scolds seeing Eve's whereabouts. "Beautiful wolf. You must be loyal to your master. If only you could talk, it would be easier for me to know about your master." Eve looked at Luci. The woman smiled. "You know, your master is very handsome," Luci whispered again. Eve wanted so badly to scratch Cute's smiling face with a flushed face in front of her. But unfortunately Eve is an alpha who will not do such a lowly thing even though her heart is burning with jealousy.
