85. Pirate Alarm

Nik has a broken nose. Tye is brushing himself off. Tre has red eyes. Dipak is rubbing his eyes. Johen is sitting at the table with his arms crossed. Marcus is nodding.

"Everyone sit down. Thora, shut the door please."

The boys sit at the dining room table. I stand at the end. "Now what the hell happened?"

Tre looks at me. "You should not have a safe word. Nobody should ever be that damn rough with you that you would need it."

"Why is Nik's nose broken?"

"I broke it for him."

"And Tye went threw a wall because?"

Marcus rubs his eyes. "He went after Tre for going after Nik."

Tye looks at me. "He was trying to keep you safe."

"Let's back up. Is everyone aware of the conversation I had yesterday with Tre?"

Johen smiles. "That you like being spanked?"

"Yes that's the 1. I see news travels fast in your group. Well, me and Nik talked, and he wanted to try it. So I agreed. He told me to say stop if it hurt. But I like saying stop. So I didn't want to use that. He told me to say orange if it hurt. He said he would stop and that would be it. So, I'm the 1 who wanted something to say other than stop. Do you understand that?"

They all nod.

"Now that's really it. I don't understand what this is about. I don't understand why it's a big deal. Someone please tell me."

"I don't think you're ready to hear about all of it, sweetheart."

"Well, at least a little. This is confusing, Dipak. Why such a big reaction?"

"A small part could be 1 of us forcing ourselves on you. You could play along or say that safe word."

Marcus nods. "You could scream, claw, and bite. Try to fight us off in any way you can think of. Hide. But until you say that safe word, it keeps going. A lot of people get into stuff like that. And honestly, when you said it was your safe word, I panicked for a second. I thought, what the hell is he doing to you? But then I realized it was for something simple. You're too young to know about everything like that. But having a safe word is ok. You can say it if you're getting spanked. Even when you're having s*x you can say it, if you can't think of the word stop anyway. But everyone needs to know what to do if you say it. And that's what we're trying to explain."

"He said he'd stop and I'd get cuddles. That sounds good to me." Nik smiles.

Tre looks at me. "Did you say it?"

"No. He just gave me a word to say that wasn't stop because I asked for it."

"I'm sorry."

"It's alright. I think it panicked everyone for a minute. And honestly, I didn't know all that. I heard the phrase safe word spoken before, so I knew what it was, kind of. But that's not what I was even trying to do. She wanted to be able to tell me to stop, without me stopping. Orange was the only word I could think of at the time."

I smirk at Tye. Dipak catches it. "What woman?"

"He said I could hide. I keep thinking. I'm going to run all over a human village running from Tye. When he catches me, I'll scream the safe word at him, so I don't get in trouble."

Dipak shakes his head. "That's not how you use a safe word. You don't use it to not get in trouble. It will not work that way. A safe word can be used when 2 people agree on a scenario. Then, when they act out that scenario, the safe word can stop it. Like Nik spanking you. You agreed to that. If you said the word orange, during the scenario, it stops. Immediately."

"I get it."

Tye smiles. "I would look for you all over the village, then do you like a whore."

"I would agree with that."

Marcus laughs. "Yea, I guess that could be agreed on. But Tye, she is going to scream that safe word at you when you find her."

Tre nods. "And then laugh her ass off."

Dipak smiles. "Now what to do if you do hear the safe word. Cuddles are part of it. But everything has to stop. We need to make sure you're alright. Do you need a doctor? We need to get you a drink and calm you down. Cuddle you. Give you a blanket."

"Why the hell would she need a doctor?"

I wiggle my ass into the seat slowly.

"What if she's running in that village from you and trips and falls? Breaks her leg. You don't notice because you're trying to pull her behind a building and do her like she's your w***e. She says that safe word. You know to stop everything and check her. You will see her leg is broken and get her to the doctor."

"Anything can happen in these scenarios. It's like real life. It might not even have anything to do with what's going on. Say Nik was beating her ass and she screamed 'orange'. He checked her and found out she sliced 3 of her toes off on something that was broken on the floor. It's a full stop and check her. Make sure she is ok."

"Or it could be that you are being too rough with her. She does not like it for some reason and it's a full stop. And that's ok. You don't get to make her feel bad or ask her to start again. It stops right then. You get her a blanket and some water. You cuddle her. You make her feel better. That's all. It's over."

"Everyone get it now?"

"Good, let's eat." Marcus opens the door.

I look at Dipak. "I just got sitted. You go sit at that end."

He laughs. "Going to let me beat your ass now?"

"I'm not agreeing to that any more today. And if anyone tries, you will get some quality time with my dragon."

Thora comes in. "WE CAN EAT NOW." Then everyone piles in.

"Everything ok?"

Dipak nods.

Elek comes in with Nova and I put an eyebrow up at him.

"I don't know. She follows me around."

Tye smirks. "Better you than me."

Tre nods. "She'll get stuck on a person. I think she doesn't want to be alone."

"Marcus does play hide and seek with her for months at a time."

"Yea, she won't follow Marcus around."

An hour later, I'm back in the conference room with Elek. He's rubbing my butt with his hand up my dress. I keep getting tingles every time he touches my skin. I'm loving it. Then the pirate alarm goes off.

Elek is gone. He leaves the door open and a few other people run by. Coral comes in after a minute. "You going up?"

"I probably should."

"That ship is getting kind of close."

I look out the window and a pirate ship is beside us. "I didn't even see that."

"ME EITHER."

We grab swords and run up.

We go into a bloodbath. Everyone is fighting everywhere. We jump into the fight.

More pirates swing onto our boat with ropes. I look at the boat, and it's a medium-sized boat. There are way too many pirates on it. No wonder why they want our boat.

I fight my way to the upper deck and check my people. Thora gets knocked off the edge, of course. She wasn't unconscious this time though. Johen gets cornered, then turns into a wolf and starts ripping people apart. Then the pirates start screaming because there is a wolf on board. Tye turns into a wolf, and it's over. Those 2 rip everyone apart. I jump off the upper deck and turn into a dragon. I get Thora by the wrist.

By the time we get back to the boat, my boys are clearing the other boat.

I stand on the deck by a soaking wet Thora. All the pirates on this boat are dead. Coral and Mason are clearing their pockets and throwing the dead overboard.

Then Kane lands beside me. "Other boat is clear. I didn't even know you fell overboard."

I connect a mind link from Gunner. "Come and get me."

"Where are you?"

"Water."

"Gunner is overboard."

Me, Thora, Coral, and Kane change to dragons and fly. -Tell me when we're close.-

-I'm not far. I see Kane.-

-Does he see you?-

-Yea he's got me. Thank you.-

-No problem.- I disconnect the mind link and get the girls' attention.

Mason is still clearing bodies and throwing them off the side.

Gunner fixes his shirt. "Well, that was a nice swim."

"I had a nice swim too."

"You people need to quit swimming during wars. I know the water is nice, but wow."

"Are you hurt? Your arm has blood on it."

"It's a scratch."

"That's a lot of blood for a scratch, Mason. NADINE. He needs a doctor. His arm is bleeding."

It's quite a bit of blood. "Come on."

"No. It's..."

I raise my eyebrows at him.

"Fine."
