78. Idea

Tre carries me all the way to breakfast. I stay wrapped around him. "Mine."

"All yours."

He sits me in a chair and sits beside me. We have Kane, Mary, Gunner, Alexa, Coral, Samson, Omar, and Tobias here. My boys, Elek, Mason, and Thora are here. "I didn't realize all of you stayed on the boat this whole time."

Alexa nods. "We didn't want to leave the boat to float off. I went to the castle a few times. And we walked on the beach every day, but we relaxed here for the most part. We're glad you're better now."

"Thank you. A rock fell on my head."

"It happens."

Tobias smiles. "I went to the island a couple of times. But I got in trouble again. I kissed a werewolf."

Thora cracks up laughing. "Nadine's the only 1 who hasn't kissed a werewolf."

"Someday. Someday we'll find another werewolf village that doesn't belong to Mason. I still have hope."

Dipak shakes his head. "I'm glad you still have hope, woman. But now we are never stopping at another 1 after that comment."

Tye winks. "Maybe you should try for a werewolf girl."

"That would still count."

"Yea, they are probably just as breathy."

Dipak rubs his eyes. "Breathy?"

Tobias nods. "They do breathe a lot."

"Yea, we do need air."

Dipak signals for the food. "I'm not even sure where to go with this conversation. Let's try a new 1."

"Humans are breathy too. When Johen was a human he breathed."

"Yes, yes I did."

Marcus sits up. "So do you want to look for a treasure first or go straight to the Mayans?"

"Isn't it on the way?"

"As long as Tye doesn't drive, yes."

Tye gives him a dirty look.

"I love when Tye drives. We always end up on an adventure." Dipak puts his eyebrows up. "That Dipak has to get us out of."

We finish breakfast talking about treasures. Then everyone goes in their own direction.

I end up on deck with Mason, Marcus, and Kane. I tease Marcus and rub him.

"Woman, I have to drive the boat."

"But that's the best time to tease you."

He whispers in my ear. "You'll pay for that later, woman."

I whisper back, "That's why I like teasing you." I wink at him.

He grabs me and gives me a real kiss.

Kane shakes his head. "Enough you 2. He has to drive for a bit."

I stomp my foot. "FINE."

Mason smiles. "I'm surprised you don't have more of your spa stuff on the boat."

I nod. Then I stare at him. Then I jump up and down, pointing at him.

Kane pushes me towards the stairs. "Go tell Elek. I'm sure he'll find it fascinating."

I run for it.

I run to the office and fling the door open. I run in, right into Tye. Both of us fall over. I jump up and Elek is sitting at a desk. I run for him and trip on something. I land on top of him and his chair flips backwards.

Nik jumps up from his desk and helps me up. "Everyone ok?"

"I HAVE AN IDEA."

"Slow down. What is it?"

"I NEED CORAL TOO." I take off down the hallway. "CORAL... CORAL."

"It's soundproof, Nadine. She's in her room."

I run to her room and bang on the door. "WHAT?"

"I HAVE AN IDEA." I grab her arm and pull. Then I bang on Thoras' door.

She runs out. "You don't have to knock like that."

"She has an idea."

"Oh ok."

They run with me to the office. I fling the door open and run in. This time it's just Elek and Nik sitting at desks. I jump on top of Elek's desk and sit on my knees. "I HAVE AN IDEA."

"WHAT'S THE DAMN IDEA?" Thora trips and hits the desk. I go flying head first at Elek.

He catches me. "Slow down. Let's go somewhere less dangerous."

We try to go to the conference room, but the table is still gone, so I end up in Elek's room with Thora and Coral. He has a desk in it and extra chairs.

I sit on the desk and stare at him and shake.

"I don't think she's getting any calmer. You might just want to hear her out."

"Yea, but she's on my paper."

Thora pushes me over. "Here you go. Use this part of the desk."

Elek comes over with his chair and uses the part of the desk I'm not on. "What is your idea?"

"BOAT... SPA BOAT. SPA SUITES. SPA EVERYTHING. WHOLE BOAT. LIKE A FLOATING SPA. GLASS BOTTOM MASSAGE ROOMS. DINING ROOM WITH UNDERWATER VIEWS." I shake even more. "SALT POOLS ON THE DECK."

Coral jumps on the desk with me. "PRIVATE SALT POOLS ON THE BALCONIES. EVERY ROOM WITH THE SHOWER FROM CHINA."

"AND THE BIG COUCHES AND CHAIRS."

"THE HUGE BEDS WITH LOTS OF PILLOWS."

"AND EVERYTHING DONE IN YOUR SPA COLORS."

"AND THE SUN TAN CHAIRS ON EVERY BALCONY. AND ON THE DECK BY THE POOL."

Coral nods. "AND A HOT TUB ON THE FRONT PART OF THE DECK."

"AND FANCY FOOD."

I jump up and down on my knees. "A WHOLE LEVEL FOR THE ACTUAL SPA. THE MUD ROOMS. THE SALT FLOATS. THE SMELLING ROOM. A BIG POOL ON THAT LEVEL TOO. MASSAGE ROOMS."

"A BIG LIBRARY WITH WINDOWS TO SIT AND WATCH THE VIEWS."

"Summon Tre."

"BIG WINDOWS OR BALCONIES EVERYWHERE."

"OH YOU HAVE TO GO AROUND THE MOST SCENIC PLACES."

"YOU COULD STOP SOMETIMES."

Tre walks in. "Ok."

"TRE." I lunge at him and fall off the desk.

Thora grabs him. "SHE COULD STOP IN EGYPT AND HER PEOPLE COULD DO YOUR EXCURSION."

Elek keeps writing. "If we could get them to slow down. This is a hell of an idea."

Thora picks me up off the ground. "YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE KIDS CLUBS. THINK ABOUT IT. PARENTS COULD LEAVE THEIR KIDS ON THE BOAT AND GO DO AN EXCURSION. THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE KIDS."

Coral grabs Tre. "I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE."

"What is it?"

"A FLOATING SPA RESORT."

His eyebrows shoot up. "I'm interested in hearing about this, but you can't be so excited when you're pitching an idea. You all need to calm down. Then we will talk. We'll meet in the conference room in 1 hour. Can you calm down in that time?"

"WE CAN CALM DOWN FAST."

Tre chuckles. "Go slow, calm down. I'll have the conference room put back together. Show up there in 1 hour and if you're not calm, we're not having the meeting." Tre walks out and shuts the door.

The 3 of us don't move. We try to calm down.

Then Thora jumps. "I'M GOING TO TAKE A BATH. THAT MAKES ME CALM."

Coral sits in a chair. "I need to sit a minute." She stares at us. "Never mind." She leaves too.

"Let's get your mind off it." He kisses me. "I missed your kisses."

I throw my arms around his neck. I give him a really good kiss.

He smiles with dark eyes when our lips break apart. "So what makes you calm?" Then he kisses the marking spot on my neck.

My eyes must go dark because he smirks and picks me up. He sits me on his desk and kisses me again.

"Coral is anyone in the hallway?"

I run out with her. "Oh my. Your hair. Go shower fast. Elek take a shower and come to my room. I'll dry your hair, so it doesn't look like you showered together."

I run for it. Elek goes the other way. We need showers in the boat rooms. I take a shower. Then throw a clean bikini on with a cover-up dress. I comb out my hair then pull it back.
