[Moyra's POV]
I stood at the entrance to Armon's compound, feeling around for the familiar aura that belonged to the great alpha himself.
Two days had passed since I arrived in this place, and since my clansmen were now released to Nirvana, there was no reason for me to stay. Though I had said I wanted to depart alone, Armon insisted on sending two of his men with me. Unable to argue, I had agreed.
Letting out a sigh, I took in the light thrum of mana beneath my feet as emptiness began to fill me. It seemed that despite trying to convince myself I was fine with losing my magic, I still wasn't.
