6. A fairy

727 Words
ISABELLE Handsome...no! Handsome cannot describe this man. He was way more than handsome. Handsome is a small word to describe his beauty. His perfectly proportioned sculpted face gave him the appearance of an ancient God. The muscles of his hand arms and trunk made it impossible for me to consider him a paraplegic patient. How could a person whose legs don't work, maintain his body like this? It looked like he spent more than twelve hours a day working on his muscles. My fingers itched to touch his rock solid-like looking chest and feel his strong-looking shoulders. as I gawked at him from a distance. I even wanted to look at his legs, if they have the same kind of muscles, but I could not because his legs were covered with a white piece of cloth. He sat in an automated motorized wheelchair with his beautiful face set into an annoyed expression. He was annoyed with someone or something. But what was it? When I looked in the direction in which he was staring, I found that he was staring at an old lady, who was struggling to eat. Due to her old age, her hands were shaking too much for her to have even a spoonful of soup. I quickly got closer to the lady and helped her as I fed her with my own hands. "Miss, she is suffering from tuberculosis, you should not feed her with your bare hands." A nurse said urgently. "You should not have left her struggling like this, in that case!" I wanted to yell at her, but said calmly, as I didn't want to create a scene at the camp. Anger has become a usual problem for me these days, and controlling it has become an even bigger problem. I don't care if this lady has tuberculosis or any other infectious disease. I have to die soon, it doesn't matter with whom I come in close contact with. After I was done feeding the lady, she smiled at me and said, "May you live long, dear!" I wanted to chuckle at her statement, but just smiled back at her and went ahead to inspect the camp. The man, the new paraplegic patient was not here anymore. When I asked the nurse about him, she said, "He might have gone to the washroom." I wanted to talk to him, as I always interact with the patients in the camp, and as he was new, interacting with him was a must-do ritual for me. Okay, I agree that his brutally handsome face and well-built body made me more enthusiastic to look for him and talk to him. . . . . . LEON "Isa ma'am is here!" I heard the nurses whispering among themselves and hustling. I didn't have any special desire to meet this girl after I met her father. But when I heard her thoughts as she looked at me from a distance, a strange feeling developed inside me. I didn't know the name of the feeling, but this was the very first time that I was experiencing such strange emotions. I was not a man of emotions, but looking at her, from the corner of my eyes, I wanted to dive deep into her eyes, and know more about her. She looked like a fairy, who had come straight from heaven, for a specific reason. She had kohl-black hair, that complimented gracefully with her creamy white skin. Her cherry sweet pouty lips made me eager to cherish and taste them. She walked like a goddess to the old lady who struggling to have her soup. To be honest, I have heard many people admiring me in their thoughts before, but when I heard this girl's thoughts, it felt like I have been rewarded. She praised me but a suspicion was developing in her mind for me. I will clear her suspicion soon. For a moment, I even forgot my reason for coming here, when I got lost in this girl's beauty and innocence. I shook my head and drove my wheelchair away from this girl named Isabelle. I don't want to give my attention to anything that is not related to the Klaus family. . . . . . . . . TO BE CONTINUED... Readers, please do comment and share your views about the story so far...
