The Wedding - Part 2

-Ella We were back in our house, the furniture had vanished and was replaced by round, thin, tall tables for people to put on their drinks, but there were also some armchairs for the elderly. They were going to stay in here, whilst we, the young ones, would go outside and celebrate my sister's wedding day. Someone managed to plant a big tent outside, that can fit easily more than 200 people. There was a dancefloor, the DJ's booth was also placed there and of course chairs, on the edges of the tent, so people could sit. My mind drifted back to Kate. I didn't see her at the church, nor on our way back here. Ian was with me the whole time and didn't spot her either. I called her a few times, but she did not answer. What if Kade had hurt her? What if he is a bad guy? Someone touched my shoulder and as I turned around, it's Kate. "What the hell?" I practically yelled at her and she put her finger on my lips to shush me. "Take that finger off my lips. Where the hell were you? It's almost 6pm, you weren't at the church, you missed my sister's wedding vows." "Shut up and come with me," she said, untouched by my words, which were meant to cause her pain. "Where are you taking me?" "You'll see." We were now by the tent, Kade standing there in a black suit, looking very handsome. He literally looks like he was made for Kate. "We claimed each other. We are now officially mates," Kate grinned, her smile so big, all her teeth were showing. "What?" "Yes. I told Kade all about us. At first he thought I was joking, but then I turned and showed him my wolf and he was convinced." How the hell did he not freak out and run for the hills? Is this some kind of joke? "How did he claim you? He is human." "I bit him. He will be a full werewolf by the third full moon, of this month." Should I be happy? Concerned? Do I congratulate them? What should I do? "Kate, are you sure this is what you want?" "Yes, Ella. I love him and he loves me. I want to spend my life with him." Love him? "If that is what makes you happy, than I am happy for you, Kate." "Are you really?" "Of course I am, silly. You deserve love in your life and above all, a mate who is worthy of you." She smiled, tears forming on her eyes. "Not a good day to cry. Now introduce me to the charming young man, whose heart you've stolen." "Kade, this is my best friend Ella. Ella, meet Kade." "It's so nice to meet you," he stretched out his hand and we shook hands. "Nice to meet you, Kade. How are you feeling?" "Honestly? I feel great. Kate told me all about you, about werewolves and of course I didn't believe her at first. But once she turned, to show me what she truly is, I felt a sparkle in my heart that I cannot explain. We somehow clicked." That's the point. It's how you know you have found your mate. "It feels also a bit weird, to know all this and I guess it will take some time to get adjusted. Get to know Kate, her family, her friends. Hell, I'm gonna be a werewolf myself," he laughed and so did Kate. "I am happy for both of you. How old are you, Kade?" "I am twenty-five. I'll turn twenty-six on July 16th." "Oh, just five years older than Kate. Fascinating." "Right?" "Where do you come from?" "Sweden." "What? You speak perfect english. You don't even have a foreign accent." "I know. My parents traveled to America, four years after I was born. I don't know any swedish, to be honest. My parents still speak swedish, but I never bothered to learn it. I didn't like it." "Oh, okay." "What about you, Ella? Do you have a mate, if you don't mind me asking?" "No. Not a priority." "I see. I wish you luck." "We werewolves do not need luck to find our mates," I said proudly. "Yes, we do," Kate whispered, took Kade's hand and ran off. I was standing alone underneath the tent, looking around, adoring mother nature's wonders. People started filling the tent and I moved away. Ian was nowhere to be seen, but my sister Fey came running towards the tent, towards me. "I just saw the most beautiful man in the whole world," she said amazed. , "come and see." "Fey, you are too young to notice men." "I am 16 years old, Ella. My hormones are finally alive and ready to rumble." "Oh God, please stop." "Come on, Ella. Please!" "Fine," I rolled my eyes and followed her inside the house. As I went inside, a warm feeling spread on my lungs and I thought it must be because of the warmth in here. . "There she is, my second daughter, Ella Terence," my father said proudly to another man, standing beside him, whom I didn't recognize. "Come here, Ella. Let me introduce you to our new ally. Farris Walson, the leader of the Golden Moon Pack, one of the strongest Alphas there is in America." "Hello Alpha Farris, it is nice to meet you," I offered my hand and he shook it. "Nice to meet you too, Ella. I would like you to meet my sons. My oldest, Xander Dex Walson," my eyes drifted from Farris to Xander and this warmth I felt when I came in, I felt it again. He is the most handsome man I have ever laid eyes on. He has dark, short hair, a strong jawline, a full lower lip and the most beautiful brown eyes, with long eyelashes. His nose is long and it fits his face perfectly. "Nice to meet you," I said and he nodded. He didn't offer to shake hands, he didn't talk. Nothing. That is rude. "Next, my second son, Xavion Will Walson." "Hello Xavion," I smiled at him and as he smiled back, I noticed how different he looks from his older brother. They are almost as tall as each other, but Xander towers Xavion by a few inches. Also, Xavion has light brown hair and has green-browned eyes. He is also very handsome. "Call me Will, please," he offered and gave me a hug. Wow, that is pleasant. "Excuse my son, he is too polite," Farris said. "Oh no need to apologize, Alpha Farris. It's very nice of your son." I smiled and so did Alpha Farris. "Last but not least, my third and youngest son, Xavier Tom Walson." They seem to be having a pattern with the names. "Nice to meet you, Miss Ella." "Oh sweety, call me Ella." "Thank you, Ella," he blushed. "Now, I would like to make an announcement," my father spoke and he was speaking as Alpha, not as a father, who just two hours ago, gave his daughter away. "Having spoken with Alpha Farris and his sons, we have come to an agreement, one so strong that it will unite two families. This is not an announcement a father usually makes on the wedding of his oldest daughter, but seeing as I have her permission, I shall proceed with it. Our families, our packs will be united by the marriage of Alpha Farris's oldest son, Xander and my second daughter, Ella." "What?"
