Dimitrie In all my life, I had never seen my father scared of anyone or anything. But the moment, the she-wolf shifted only halfway. There was genuine fear in my father's whole being. He may have still fought her, but I could tell he knew from the beginning he would lose. That didn’t stop him from not backing down in front of so many others.
