Mia I was standing in the same field as before, but this time was different. I wasn’t dead this time. This time I was not fully human. I was in a state of halfway being shifted. Lifting my hands, I could see my wolf’s claws were extended. Black fur had sprung from my skin, covering the back of my hands and up my arms. Touching my face with my hands, I could fill fur there as well. Along with my teeth no longer being my teeth, but my wolf’s teeth. My canines extended, poking out of my lips. My ears had even reshaped to be longer than my normal human ears, but not quite as long as they would be in wolf form. Looking down at my body, it looked the same. I still looked normal. But yet, it felt stronger. It was like we were sharing the same body, the same space. We weren’t two separate entitie
