***Callie's P.O.V.***
I instantly fell asleep after I showered and laid my head on an actual pillow. I had wanted to stay awake until he had gotten out of the shower, but I didn't realize how exhausted I was after running into the forest. Plus, we had walked around the whole community so he could show me around that way, I could get more comfortable.
I wake up and notice someone lying next to me. I panic at first until I catch Sam's scent and realize it's him. I turn onto my side to face him and see that he's still sleeping. He looks peaceful. He must be having good dreams. His eyebrows furrow, so I run my finger between them, and it seems to relax him.
