What surprised Cecil as he went through the Magi-tech building was that as he got to the higher floors, the more advanced was the knowledge that he could glean from the documents. Naturally, he copied them into his Magic Tome. Even if it was miscellaneous knowledge, as long as it was interesting enough and advanced, Cecil would copy it down.
