Plot:
Being an unseated officer in the Gotei 13 has many perks to her, having doing her paperwork, patrolling, visiting with the 11th Division and tea time with the captains she's close with, it was a peaceful time. When the news of Kuchiki Rukia losing her powers however, became the starting point of her seemingly peaceful life to a chaotic one, she realises that her time is almost up, especially under the ever watching eye of the youngest captain. With the secrets she have to hide, what exactly is her role in his play field?

Yukibana Hikari (**・*)
Age：14 (Physical Age), 200+ (Mental Age)
Gender: Female
Appearance: Her character is modeled from Violet, Violet Evergarden (Or Arturia if you prefer). Her hair is a very bright blonde and she has bright blue eyes. She's always calm and quiet and usually seen alone or with the 4th Division. She excels in Kido but bad with Hakuda (Hand to Hand) and average in Zanjutsu. She's an unseated officer but is close with the Head Captain along with the captain of the 9th and 13th division, Kyoraku and Ukitake. It's unknown why but it is one of the 7 mysteries among the Gotei 13.
Mizuki (**)
"Mizuki" however is a deep personality that lives in Hikari. While hikari was calm and quiet, Mizuki is mad and wild. Her appearance would change when she takes over to a different person entirely. Blonde to White, Blue to Red. Mizuki only appears when the 'lullaby' stops or when 'Hikari' allows it/unable to stop it. She is based on Alter Shiro (Wretched Egg) from Deadman Wonderland.
Zanpakuto: Ten no Kamigami
1st Shikai:

Hikari ni terasu, Amaterasu (Shine into the light, Amaterasu)
Hikari uses this shikai. When this is activated, her zanpakuto is released into a thin sword with white ribbons attached to its hilt. With Amaterasu she's able to invoke light energy and manipulate it.
2nd Shikai:

Yami ni moeru, Tsukuyomi (Burn into the darkness, Tsukuyomi)
Mizuki uses this shikai. When activated, blue flames would surround her and she is able to manipulate them. (Sword looks like Saya from Blood +)
Half Bankai:

Sekai o hakai shi, Ten no Kami
Destroy the world, God of the Sky
At the beginning, only Mizuki is able to use their shared Bankai, With this bankai, her swords disappears and surrounds her. Her powers and appearance are like Wretched Egg in this state. Strips of hexagonal would lash out to her target and inflict wounds. However the more she would use, the more her reiatsu would be used.
Bankai:

Destroy the world, return to the light and dark, Gods of the Sky
Final form. this doesn't get achieve until later on. Similarly to the Half Bankai, instead strips of light is used as attacks.
