"Mental hospital"
Liz is in her padded room repeatedly humming, "I'm going to get you and your little dog too." She'll look up at the camera. Then burst out laughing every once in while and yell "Just wait and see"
The two men that are looking at the monitor have been trying to figure out what is she humming. So they started repeating it over and over.
"Oh snap that b***h think she's the wicked witch on the Wizard of Oz." He tells the other men what Liz is humming.
