My phone rang and I saw that it was Alex, so I picked it up.
"Hey you" I smile
"Hi, sweetheart. How was your day?"
"It was okay. How was yours?"
"It was just busy" He sighed softly and I could hear how tired he sounded.
"You need rest Alex"
"Mhm, I know. Look angel, I won't be able to make it home tonight. I have an emergency surgery to take care of, and after that, I'll sleep at the hospital" He sighs.
"I understand. Please just get rest, and stay hydrated"
"I will. I miss you"
"I miss you too"
We hung up and I got up.
"Can I borrow clothes?"
"Mhm, of course, go look in the cupboard"
I walked to his cupboard and took out a white shirt, and a pair of his sweats.
"I'm going to go shower"
"Do you want any company kitten?"
"Maybe, maybe not" I smirk and he pout
