"Aunt Olivia." "Yes, baby." "Want Mommy," Ruby says as she tries to rub her eyes. She is sleepy but she doesn't want to sleep until she sees Rachel. I understand why, I'm even surprised that she has behaved all this time without throwing any tantrums. It's ten in the night and she is still awake. She's been crying for the most part of the day since we got back from home and it's really frustrating me, I just don't know what to do with her. I'm a terrible mother. "Okay baby, I'll give her a call in the morning. Why don't you catch some sleep and I promise she will be here when you wake up." I tell her as I try to calm her. It actually works.
