I couldn't sleep at night, all I heard were gunshots and screams, I would sleep for like two minutes then wake up screaming and sweating, my dad tried to calm me but it was all in vain. He decided to sleep in my room but there was no difference.
Days passed by and the dreams kept coming, each night worse than the previous, friends came, Rachel, would sleep with me but it didn't change anything.
"Sweetheart, I think you should see a doctor." My dad tells me one night after I had been awoken by the dreams.
