Tamara’s pov
I walked back to the Alphas and watched as Alpha Darius sat down and threw Alpha Malik’s head on the floor.
“Malik is dead,” he informed everyone casually.
“Why did you kill him?” one of the Alphas asked, and Alpha Darius looked at him.
“If I told you the reason then I would have to kill you,” he answered.
It was obviously a threat.
I get why he said that.
I think the major reason he killed Malik was because Malik now knows we are mates.
That would be a major disadvantage for both of us, since we would be forced to get married to end this conflict.
The elders would see it as an obvious and easy solution to this major problem they have.
I noticed that their attention was solely on the head, and no one would notice even if I were gone.
