“I was scared of writing a book – I suppose everyone is. It’s a big project, but a book is made up of chapters, so if you want a book of a hundred thousand words and say, twenty-five chapters, you can aim for roughly four thousand words a chapter. If four words a day sounds a lot, aim for two thousand and your book will be written in fifty days. In two months, it will be on the shelf. At that rate, you could go from never having written a book in your life to having written six in one year.
