I woke up and realised it had grown dark outside and looked at the time it was six in the evening. I put my arm to touch him and felt the empty space next to me. I quickly got up and looked around. draping the sheet around me, I rushed down the hallway and looked for him. Empty . So was the bathroom. In a panic I went out and stopped out side the kitchen, a smile edging across my face.
