Cold, crisp tension twirls between our table, as we listen to the King speak about some new rules he'll be implementing. It's nothing big that would change our lives, but it's serious enough to make a mental note about it forever. We, as rulers of our packs, are required to inform them of anyone who rejects their mates, or when one pack member leaves to be with their other half. It was never like this, and it feels like it's an invasion of privacy. I could feel eyes on me, but I don't know if it's from Haiden, or his little slut of a girlfriend.
No, she didn't do anything wrong. She was just being herself. I shift my anger back to Haiden, and even if Sienna was apart of the issue, she isn't the one who betrayed me. Haiden was, and that's what he'll always do.
