EMILY'S POV -- The door opens before we even knock, and both Haiden and Sienna stand there, side by side while smiling. I can already see the plan swirling in Haiden's eyes as his gaze flicks between Nico and I. He extends his hand, "Alpha Nicholas," he nods with a knowing smile, and then his eyes land on me and everything turns cold. "Emily,", "Luna Emily," Nico corrects him with a stern tone. His eyes widen, and I don't know if it's because of shock, or if he thought the mark in my neck was left by someone else. "Luna Emily," he says it so slowly that it annoys me.
