By the next day, I felt a lot better. The medicine worked like a magic. And once I finally got out of my room, I found the entire house cleaned spotlessly and breakfast was already on the table. Alistair did it all as he told me. He was still doing something in the kitchen, so I didn’t bother him and went to the bathroom to get fresh. But when I woke up, I found him knocking on my door again, while I was standing right behind him.
“I thought you said you wouldn’t let anyone disturb me.” He was stalled to find me outside instead of my room. He was so busy working that he didn’t notice when I already got out of the room.
