9 THE PROJECTMichael's book went on hold for the time being, not that he had been making any progress since having written the title. He had decided that all his effort should be directed towards 'The Project', as he had dubbed it in his mind, so after breakfast and clearing the things away, he went back to his room to phone his wife and then one of his brothers, the one he had spoken to directly in his dream.
“Hello, Matthew, how are you doing?”
“Fine, thanks, and you, Michael?”
“I miss Dew, but I am not dead yet. Is your family all right?”
“Yes, thanks”.
“And work?”
“So, so, it could be better”.
“Yes, I know that the construction industry is still in the doldrums. Do you have ten minutes?”
“Yes, I suppose so, I'm in the middle of pricing a job”.
