It’s the morning of our wedding day, Cameron is off handling a few things and getting ready with his friends. I mind-link him to see what he’s really up to.
“What are y’all really up to this morning, my love?”
“BJ and Ivan are signing alliance contracts to help us protect you. It was their idea,” he tells me.
“Wow really?”
“Yes. As Alpha’s they see it as protecting their packs by helping protect you.”
“Damn. Maybe Ivan had a point about the Alpha Council.”
“He might have, but that’s for another day, beautiful. Right now we need to get ready for our wedding.”
“You're right. I’ll see you as I walk down the aisle. I love you.”
