Jamie’s POV
It was the day after we got back from the Alpha council meeting. I’ve just woken up from a dreamless but restful sleep. I moved slightly in our bed reaching for Cameron. I feel his presence but I don’t feel him on his side of the bed. I open my eyes and see a huge figure under the covers close to my belly. I can feel his large hand covering my ever growing belly.
I lift the covers to see what’s going on. I can hear him lightly talking to the pup. He melts my heart every morning with this. I run my fingers through his hair admiring him and all he is. He lifts his eyes up to mine and smiles then kisses my belly. He crawls up to face me in our bed.
“Good morning, My Lady,” he says, kissing my lips.
“Good morning, My Love,” I say back.
