Luella’s POV
After suddenly being hugged like that by the King, I froze in place. I looked around me and my eyes widened when I realized that everyone in the room, including the Elder Guardian, are looking at us and giving us weird looks.
My face instantly heat up in embarrassment, I gulped and quickly pushed the King away from me. Without having any seconds thoughts, I ran out of the King’s chamber and never looked back.
For the whole night, I locked myself inside of my room. I failed to make myself fall asleep after what just happened.
Many things happened this day. First, I and the King were attacked by an Ordeal. Second, my power finally showed up and lastly, the King hugged me the moment he woke up.
I sighed and stared at the ceiling for hours.
