“Uhm. Sir, are you going to buy something?” The old vendor in front was hesitant at first to ask us. We faced him immediately.
“Uhm. How much is this, Mister?” Geoff caressed his chin and pointed a bracelet made from small shells.
"Only 250 pesos, Sir" the old man answered kindly. Without any second thoughts, Geoff nodded and took his wallet from his pocket.
“I’ll take two. Just keep the change,” he said while giving a 1000-peso bill to the old man. The vendor's eyes lit up immediately because of what had Geoff said.
I suddenly gave a thought that I should buy Thea one too. I was inspired by how thoughtful Geoff was as a cousin and friend to Neil. He bought one for himself and the other one for Neil.
