Chase and I were talking and laughing for a few minutes, when Michael appeared out of nowhere. And frowning at us.
“Olivia, Mom wants to see you.” He nodded to Chase.
“I have to go, Chase. Bianca is around here, say hi to her. Enjoy the party, okay? I’ll catch you later.” I patted his arm, then left with Michael to go to Aunt Becky.
