The North House had huge curved steps leading to the front double doors which stood almost twenty feet high. River couldn’t help but think movers wouldn’t have any problems fitting furniture through doors that big before realizing what a stupid thought that was. As she moved into the foyer, she really wished she had her sunglasses to hide behind. The closer they got to Torak’s house, the more people stopped and stared at her.
