“You need help Diana,” Hunter says.
I just shake my head and try to hide my face. Ms. English has us all partner up and practice our scenes but I can't focus.
“Ms. E I don’t feel so well. Can I go to the nurse?” I say quietly.
“Sure, Hunter can you take her there?” She asks.
He nods and grabs our things. We leave the classroom and I stop at the bathroom to try and cover the marks on my face. Hunter waits outside while I apply concealer to my face and red lipstick to my lips to cover the wound. I am trying to put on my hoodie when Adam bursts into the bathroom. I didn’t realize it was him and I scream cowering in fear trying to protect my face.
