“Do you really want Violet Carter as a field assistant for your team, huh?” Mr Stammers asked me with raised brows in suspicion and I looked at the boys standing behind me. “Yes, Mr Stammers. She is the best choice among all the other students”, I asked him in a confident and calm tone. “And why is that?” he asked me immediately and I took a deep breath. “The reason that we want her as our assistant is what you said yesterday. She is a nerd and not only does she cope with her studies while staying with us during the games but she can also help us too.
