Chapter - 9

Delilah's pov

1 month has passed since the day I last met and talked with my mate. I'm still not allowed to train but I will start that soon. Crystal and Roman are doing well because of the mate bond Crystal could not deny him. He has marked her and mated with her already. Then why the mate bond is not working with us? I make myself understand that he is not for me. He doesn't deserve me or lily. For him that b***h Sarah is enough but not every time I remember why I'm here and who Is my mate. Sarah has to be a b***h and always try to get on my nerves but my replies make her shut. In this time I have made friends. Lucy and her mate Adam. They are really good and friendly. I have told them and the others to not tell anyone that I'm their luna. Adam is the Delta of this pack and only the higher ranks know about my identity. But I didn't meet Damien who is Gamma and that bitche's ex mate.

Currently I'm lying on my bed thinking about my pathetic life. I haven't talked to my family. Nor did crystal. Being from an enemies pack isn't helping me.

Suddenly the door opens and Crystal barges in with Lucy.

"what are you doing here? Don't you both have a mate to entertain?" I asked them

"yes we have but now we have news for you. That good for nothing mate of yours has decided that you can start training the pups that too only females," Crystal said his name like her tongue is burning

"oh that's good but why female pups and not male pups?" I asked

"because he is an jerk, over possessive, i***t, brainless, stupid, fool and an a*****e, that's why," Crystal said

"ha is your mate's brother and your alpha give him some respect," I growled at her

"calm down Luna. How can you defend him when he is going to..." Lucy stopped in middle

"He is going to what Lucy?" I asked her, narrowing my eyes because I know there is something that they are not telling me.

"nothing luna I was just blabbering. I should go Adam is calling me," Lucy said and ran from the room like her ass is on fire

"care to explain what s**t is going on?" I asked Crystal who is looking at everywhere except me

"Actually, Alpha Raphael is taking Sarah on a date and he decided he will make her pregnant to have an heir," Crystal said and it's like again the same thing happened.

I tried many times to not get affected but every time it has had a greater effect on Me.

"oh, so this is the reason she ran away isn't it?" I asked her

She only nodded her head.

"Crystal can you please leave me alone for sometime?" I asked her

"but," I cut her off by saying "I'm ordering you as your luna,"

She sighed and left me alone. Once she left I just closed my eyes. I can't do this anymore. It has to end. Enough of this s**t. What am I? a doll for him? He hasn't bothered to tell me about his decision that he wants an heir from Sarah. Wasn't I capable of it? Am I that worthless that my mate prefers a slut to carry his child then his own mate? I think it's the Time to take the next step. My life can't be like this. I got up from my room and decided to get drunk. I need to forget everything. And I will show him that he doesn't matter in my life.

I pulled out my most short and sexy dress that hugged my curves perfectly. I mind linking Crystal and Lucy that I want to go outside of this god damn pack house. And they agreed. Roman and Adam are also coming with their mates. And talking about Roman I sometimes envy Crystal that she has him as her Mate. Why don't I have a mate like him? 

I shake the thoughts away and concentrate on my look. I have used bold and dark colours for my make up. In my black dress I'm looking smoking hot. I bet many men will want to be with Me and that's what I want. Lily is whining because of it but I didn't give her a s**t and blocked her out. Once Crystal and Lucy are ready we go downstairs. They both are looking amazing and their mates as well. 

We all were about to leave but suddenly the familiar scent of my mate hit my nose. No no no not now I don't want to face him. 

"where do you think you all are going?" His deep voice came 

"We all are going to the club, do you have any problem with it brother?" Roman asked raising his brows 

"you all can go but not Delilah. She is not going anywhere, not in this dress," he said and I decided to face him 

"I'm going with them and no one will tell me what to do. I don't give a s**t about you or your orders and with which right you're stopping me?" I ranted everything and this time looking at his eyes.. 

I'm too angry at him and myself to notice anything else. It's like he is shocked with the way I reacted. He didn't expect it from me. What he thought that I would beg him and cry? Nope not happening. I have lost all my hopes that we can be together ever so now i have to move on with someone who loves me. And that someone is definitely not him. 

"you can't disrespect me. I'm your alpha and mate, you will listen to me," He said coming out of his shocked stage. 

"What If I didn't? What will you do to reject me? Then do it and give me the freedom. You have lost every right on me when you decided to make another woman who is not your mate pregnant to get your heir, guys let's go," I literally scream on him 

As soon I came out from the pack house others were hot on my trail. 

I told them to take me where I can get drunk and forget this shit..
