‘I am a dhampir’, I told myself in disbelief, because I still couldn’t believe the whole situation. I was a half human and half vampire, a hybrid called dhampir and that’s why I got that power boost before. They said that the power would return to me on my birthday fully and I couldn’t believe that I would be that strong one day and I would crave blood.
‘Ewww.’ I shuddered even from the thought.
“Raya? Let’s go.” I looked up at Draco to see him gathering his stuff. I was so deep in thoughts that I didn’t even realise that our last period had already ended and everyone was leaving the classroom.
“Oh, okay.” I said and packed my stuff as well before we headed out of the classroom that was almost empty by the time we made it out.
