I walked to the ball room with my dress fanned out behind me like a waterfall of Scarlett that pooled beneath me. Everyones' eyes were on me. I nodded at the alphas in acknowledgement.
I saw Damon with a couple. They all looked similar to each other.
I approached them but stopped and quickly turned away.
"Bear." I mind linked him.
"Angel? Where are you?" He asked.
"I'm behind up but don't turn around." I told him.
*What's wrong Angel?* He asked, his voice laced in concern.
