Hyko’s POV
One of my personal guards walked toward me. He leaned forward and whispered, “Sir, Ms. Sandival is here. She is requesting to enter the venue.”
My brows furrowed. I know it is rude of me to not invite her. But I do not think I have to explain to her why I should not. She is a good colleague but I respect Ari’s feelings.
“What is she doing here?” I asked quietly.
I look back at the currently closed door. As much as I want to celebrate the after-party with her, I cannot force her. She was exhausted and wanted to rest.
