I walk faster to the parking lot. What the f*ck did that assh*le say to my wife?!
I grit my teeth. The sound of Ari crying echoes in my ears. She may look stern and displays a strong façade, but I know her. She doesn’t want anyone to see her cry. But the fact that she broke down in front of me earlier speaks volumes.
I quickly go to the parking lot. Edward was standing firm beside the parked car. When he saw me, he made a little step back.
“S-Sir—”
I did not let him move another step backward and punch him straight in the face.
