Joby approached the door to Romney Glazer’s apartment nervously. This command invitation to visit him was not at all in keeping with what she knew of the man. Romney Glazer was considered a private individual who kept his personal life guarded and very much to himself. If he at least had heterosexual designs upon her body she could have understood his motivation a little better; but, given his known proclivities in the other direction, his reasons for having someone whom he viewed with obvious dislike visit him in his inner sanctum were murky at best.
