“Babe, are you f*****g with Luca?”
“What?”
“Are you screwing with him and stealing his stuff out of his new cottage?” Jenna asked.
“How could I do that? I’m in another state and have been in a different country for the last eight days. What are you even talking about?”
“Gio just asked me if I’ve been helping you get back at Luca like we’re in middle school or some crap! Some of his stuff is missing, and he swears he didn’t lose it all. I have no idea what’s going on and was pissed that I was even implicated. I know I’m a little stir crazy, but damn, I’m not that bad.”
“I have an entire cottage with his stuff in it; I don’t need to steal anything else. And I’ve never been to his new place. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with me,” I replied.
